Bladder malakoplakia: A case report

Bladder malacoplakia is a rare chronic granulomatous lesion. The disease was first reported by Michaelis and Gutmann in 1902, and its most common site was the urinary system, followed by the reproductive tract, gastrointestinal tract, and retroperitoneum. The etiology of this disease is complex, and its clinical misdiagnosis rate is high.
